How to make a claim
Am I eligible to claim?
If you have suffered ANY penalty charges in the last six years on your bank account or credit card you are entitled to a full refund PLUS interest. There is no minimum or maximum limit to the claim that you can make.
How do I claim?
It's simple, go to our 'start a claim' page, complete the attached forms and we will take care of the rest for you. If however, you have the time, inclination and know-how to deal directly with the financial institutions bureaucracy and claims handling process we don't want to hide the fact that you can do this yourself.
Why use us?
Our experienced claims handlers have a great deal of knowledge of the finance industry, are FPC qualified and have at least six years experience of dealing with Financial institutions. We are a professional, expert service, will investigate your claim thoroughly and ensure you receive your full entitlement. Only if we are successful will we charge a fee for this service.
Fees
We charge 20% of your claim for our services. However, please note there is a minimum charge of £100 for each claim. You can find full details of our fees in our ‘Terms and Conditions’
What to do next?
How quickly do you want to start? Each claim takes approximately 12 weeks, so the sooner you start, the sooner you will receive a refund of your bank charges.
